6. Prohibited Activities

Users strictly agree NOT to engage in the following:

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Property KE offers premium features under the "Pro Sync" plan. All payments are processed via authorized third-party gateways. Fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by Kenyan Consumer Protection law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing structure at any time, with notice provided to existing subscribers 30 days prior to changes taking effect.

8. Limitation of Liability

Property KE provides the platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any user-generated content.
